1. What is the cost to list my practice or Treatment Centre?

If you are a HPCSA registered Health Professional wanting to list a profile we offer 2 listing options: 1. Health Professional Package: Cost - R590 per year - includes creating a profile and advertising on our noticeboard. 2. Health Pro Plus Package: Cost - R790 per year - includes creating a profile which is featured on the homepage on a regular, rotating basis. Your profile visibility is also prioritized on various pages throughout the site, for example, noticeboard or resource centre. You have free advertising on the noticeboard and you may also post articles and book reviews in our resource centre.   If you are Treatment Centre wanting to create a listing we offer: 1. Treatment Centre Package: Cost - R990 per year - includes creating a listing in the Treatment Centre Directory and advertising on our noticeboard. 2. Treatment Centre Plus Package: Cost - R1190 per year - includes a listing in the Treatment Centre Directory which is featured on the homepage on a regular, rotating basis as well as advertising on the noticeboard. You may also post articles and book reviews in our resource centre. Once you have chosen the payment package that suits your needs there are 2 payment methods available: 1.EFT Payment: Name of Bank: First National Bank Account name: Therapistsonline.co.za Account number: 62335281698 Branch code: 201511 Please email proof of payment to [email protected] and include your name on the EFT payment   2.Direct Online Payment : Pay safely and immediately online using your credit card via PayFast, our secure online payment system. Once you have selected a profile package of you choice, the online payment option will be available. 2. How do I renew my membership?

Therapistsonline will send you a yearly reminder e mail letting you know that your listing will expire in two weeks. You can go to edit your listing and choose a package, confirm your details and pay via EFT or PayFast. Your listing will be automatically removed if not renewed. At any stage thereafter, you may re-register your membership and create a listing.

3. Can I advertise workshops, lectures or longer courses on your site?

Yes, even if you are not registered on the site but are a health professional wanting to advertise to the public. You also get the opportunity to market courses you may be offering, or publish articles of interest under our easy to access online resource centre for colleagues and clients to get to know your areas of interest. 5. How do I use the online web forum?

Only registered Health Professionals may use the online web forum. If you have already listed on the site, Login with your personal username and password and press 'Go'.

6. How do I contact a professional?

If you are a Health Professional or member of the public – you can contact another Health Professional by going directly to their profile and using their contact information such as, telephone or sending an e mail. Only registered Health Professionals may use the online web forum. If you have already registered, Login with your personal username and password and press ‘Go’! Scroll down until you find ‘Participate in Our Forum’. Go to Create new topic or to an old Forum.

7. How do I register?

Follow our easy step by step procedure. Click the Register Here button on the home page or select the List your practice icon on the home page toolbar . At the member login, select the highlighted text , “Click here to register a new account”. Type in the username you would like to refer to yourself as, your email address and then click the submit button. Signing up takes just a few minutes. In just a few easy steps, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary online resource for the South African public, looking to connect with health professionals. As a registered health professional, you’ll be able to create a profile which includes your photo, a personal statement and all of the information that prospective clients need to select your services.  Once registered, go to How to Create a Listing for an easy step by step guide.
