Personal Statement

I am clinical psychologist working with children,teens and adults. My mission is to promote family development by facilitating growth through connected and loving relationships. I use a range of counselling modalities to help people reach their true potential including talk psychotherapy, play therapy,parent infant psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. I am a registered Babies in Mind practitioner and I am registered with EAGALA for my work with EAP.

Orientation and approach

I practice from an object relations perspective, focusing on attachment and how we function in relationships. As I have been trained integratively, I use a range of skills depending on the clients needs. I offer both long term and short term psychotherapy.
