Orientation and approach:
Emotional realignment with the use of fast, effective short-term rational-emotive behaviour therapy (REBT) which focuses mainly upon the present and does not delve into or dwell excessively upon the past. REBT is focussed on practical, problem-solving processes and skills which encourages changes in perspective, thinking and attitude, leading to better results and a happier more fulfilled existence. It is based upon the scientific principals of evidence, disputation and Socratic dialogue.
